Maveloft® Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services available through maveloft.com (the “Company Site,” “Site,” or “Sites”). The Site is operated under the Maveloft® brand (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Your use of the Site and these Terms of Purchase are also subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH OUR TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND OTHER APPLICABLE POLICIES, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH MAVELOFT®. BY PLACING AN ORDER OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE AND ALL APPLICABLE POLICIES.

These Terms of Purchase constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and Maveloft®, subject to applicable law.

By making a purchase through the Site, you represent and warrant that you:

  1. Are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and

  3. Are not prohibited from purchasing or receiving our products or services under applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

You agree to purchase and use products and services available through the Site in compliance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased from Maveloft® may lawfully be purchased, imported, delivered, and used in your location.

Communications between you and Maveloft®, including emails, telephone calls, and customer service communications, may be retained or recorded where permitted by applicable law for customer service, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.

  • Shipping restrictions;

  • Errors in product listings, promotions, or inventory;

If we cancel an order before it is fulfilled, you will not be charged for the cancelled item or, if payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Maveloft® reserves the right to:

  2. Correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;

  3. Update prices, product descriptions, specifications, promotions, availability, or other Site content; and

  4. Cancel or adjust an affected order when necessary due to an obvious pricing, inventory, or listing error.

If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact our customer support team and refer to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

The price shown at checkout at the time your order is submitted will generally be the applicable purchase price, except in cases involving obvious errors or circumstances permitted by law.

PRODUCT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Product availability displayed on maveloft.com is provided as an estimate and may change at any time.

An item displayed as “in stock” may become unavailable before or after your order is submitted due to inventory changes, simultaneous purchases, warehouse adjustments, supplier availability, or other circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors including:

  • Shipping carrier delays;

  • Customs processing;

  • Severe weather;

  • Holidays;

  • High-volume sales periods;

  • Destination location;

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may cancel the unavailable item and notify you by email.

Any amount paid for a cancelled item will be refunded in accordance with our applicable refund procedures.

TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, value-added taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, or other governmental fees that may apply to your order, except where such charges are expressly collected by Maveloft® during checkout.

The amount and application of these charges may vary depending on your shipping destination and applicable laws.

Where duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, your local customs authority, government agency, or shipping carrier may require payment before or upon delivery.

Maveloft® is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import procedures, or unpaid local duties or taxes.
